| This is a legal agreement between you (the client) and Jinja Ninja Productions stating the terms that govern your use of the Ninja Pods service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. You must accept and abide by these terms as presented to you. Definition of the Ninja Pods Service: Jinja Ninja Productions is the provider of the Ninja Pods (the "Service") that permits you to purchase downloadable Podcasts from our website. Use of the Service: A Podcast is an electronic product therefore you can not cancel the download once you have clicked on the final Buy button. Products may only be downloaded once per transaction; once content is acquired and you receive such content, it is your responsibility to save (right click) and back up each Podcast to your hard drive and not to lose, destroy, or damage such content, and Jinja Ninja shall be without liability to you in the event of any loss, destruction, or damage to content which is not due to the negligence of Jinja Ninja Productions. Jinja Ninja Productions will not be liable to pay compensation for the client’s equipment failure or failure of the server where the Podcast files are stored remotely, or failure of the communications devices between the main Podcast server and the client’s receiving computer, or failure of the user’s account with PayPal. If your download is not successful, then you must email us stating the name of the Ninja Podcast that failed to download, its Product number and we will endeavour to either email you the product or send you a hard copy on a cd disk. Copyright:: Each Podcast is for personal use only and not for redistribution of sale which is an offence and will be prosecuted for. Jinja Ninja retains the copyright of all material in each Ninja Pod including all artwork and photography album covers and content. Pricing: Jinja Ninja Productions retain the right to change the prices of each Podcast as and when required. Disclaimer: Our health and wellbeing Podcasts do not guarantee or claim to cure those suffering from any form of illness. If you suffer from stress and anxiety or any medical problem you should consult your GP first for advice. In order to reduce the file sizes to a minimum, please note that Ninja pods contain still imagery only. |
